How to Delete Your Account
⚠️ Important
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your personal data will be permanently removed from the system.
Option 1: In-App (Recommended)
- Open VozyMe app
- Go to Settings
- Select "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion
Option 2: Email Request
- Email support@vozyme.eu
- Subject: "Delete Account"
- Include your registered email address
- You'll receive confirmation within 48 hours
What Happens After Deletion
- Your account will be deactivated immediately
- All personal data will be deleted within 30 days
- You won't be able to log into the app
Alternatives
If you just want to stop receiving notifications or pause using the app temporarily, you can:
- Disable push notifications in app settings
- Simply stop using the app (your data will remain)
- Contact us for other options
