1. PLATFORM DEFINITION AND SCOPE

Platform Operator: Moesia VCC, a Bulgarian company registered under UIC 208426032, operating the Vozyme platform.

1.1 What Vozyme Is

Vozyme operates solely as a digital marketplace platform that enables users to find and communicate with other users for potential ridesharing arrangements within Bulgaria. We provide technology infrastructure, basic matching algorithms based on date/location, and communication tools.

1.2 What Vozyme Is NOT

Vozyme is explicitly NOT:

• A transportation company or taxi service
• An employer, agent, or contractor of drivers
• A party to any ridesharing transaction between users
• A provider of transportation services
• An insurance provider or broker
• A guarantor of user safety, reliability, or service quality

1.3 User-to-User Transactions

CRITICAL: All ridesharing arrangements are direct contracts between users. Vozyme is not a party to these arrangements and bears no responsibility for their performance, safety, or outcomes.

2. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 Platform Access

• Initial MVP period (1-2 months) is free for all users
• Future subscription model will be introduced after MVP
• Subscription fees will be clearly displayed before implementation
• All payments between users for rides are handled directly in cash

2.2 No Transaction Fees

Vozyme does not process, facilitate, or take fees from payments between users for rides. All ride payments are handled directly between users.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND VERIFICATION

3.1 Limited Platform Verification

Vozyme performs only basic verification:

• Email address confirmation
• Phone number verification for ride posting

3.2 User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the identity, credentials, and reliability of other users
• Ensuring they have valid driver's licenses and vehicle insurance
• Conducting their own safety checks and due diligence
• All aspects of ride safety, vehicle condition, and legal compliance
• Direct payment arrangements with other users
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

3.3 No Background Checks

WARNING: Vozyme does not conduct background checks, verify driving records, check insurance status, or verify vehicle safety. Users interact at their own risk.

3.4 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

3.5 Bulgarian Law Compliance

Users sharing rides must comply with Bulgarian law regarding non-commercial ride-sharing. This platform is for cost-sharing only, not commercial transport services under the Bulgarian Transport Act.

4. COMPREHENSIVE LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS

4.1 Platform Liability Limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Vozyme provides the platform "AS IS" without any warranties
• Vozyme bears zero liability for user interactions, rides, accidents, or disputes
• Users assume all risks associated with ridesharing arrangements
• Vozyme is not liable for user conduct, vehicle accidents, criminal activity, or property damage

4.2 User Indemnification

IMPORTANT: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vozyme, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Any ridesharing arrangement you enter into
• Any accident, injury, or damage occurring during rides arranged through the platform

4.3 Safety and Emergency Features

• Vozyme may provide optional safety features (e.g., panic button). These are provided on a best-effort basis and do not constitute emergency services.
• In an emergency, you must contact local authorities (e.g., 112 in Bulgaria).

5. DATA PRACTICES AND PRIVACY

5.1 Data Collection

We collect only:

• Email addresses (for account creation)
• Phone numbers (for ride posting verification)
• Ride history (published and booked rides)
• Messages between users for ride coordination
• User ratings and reviews
• Basic platform usage analytics (anonymized)

5.2 Explicit Data Commitments

WE DO NOT:

• Sell user data to third parties
• Share personal information except as required by law
• Track rides in real-time
• Collect payment information (except for subscriptions)
• Store unnecessary personal information

6. PROHIBITED USES AND PLATFORM INTEGRITY

6.1 Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Misrepresent their identity or credentials
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to circumvent platform security measures
• Use automated tools to scrape platform data
• Post false or misleading ride information
• Upload or transmit malware, attempt to access another user's account, or interfere with platform operation

6.2 Community Trust System

Our rating system is designed to help users make informed decisions based on community feedback. Ratings are:

• User-generated opinions, not quality guarantees from Vozyme
• Part of community trust building, not safety verification
• Permanently retained to maintain system integrity
• Not verified or endorsed by Vozyme

7. TERMINATION AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

7.1 Termination Rights

Vozyme may terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Illegal activity
• Abuse of other users
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Platform security concerns
• Repeated abuse of rate limits, anti-spam, or other security controls

7.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Platform access ceases immediately
• User data retention follows Privacy Policy guidelines
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• User remains responsible for any ongoing arrangements with other users

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION

8.1 User Disputes

Disputes between users are entirely their responsibility. Vozyme will not mediate, arbitrate, or resolve user conflicts.

8.2 Platform Disputes

Any disputes with Vozyme shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation
2. Mediation in Varna, Bulgaria
3. Varna District Court if necessary

For EU consumers, mandatory consumer rights and dispute procedures apply in addition to the above, where applicable.

8.3 Governing Law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law and EU regulations where applicable.

9. TERMS UPDATES

Vozyme may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms. If you disagree with changes, you may delete your account.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOZYME'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VOZYME IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (IF ANY).

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By using Vozyme, you acknowledge that:

• You understand this is a marketplace platform only
• You assume all risks of ridesharing
• You will not hold Vozyme liable for user interactions
• You have read and agree to these terms
